I was really impressed with how easy it was to make an appointment with you. I received an email from Kirsti with information about Mortgage Rates a few weeks ago which reminded me that I wanted to book an appointment with you to discuss mortgage options. I replied to her and received a call from you later the same day - I think within about 2 hrs! I was also impressed with the reminder about my appointment.

The reason I wanted to meet with Trudi was to get some advice regarding re-mortgaging and putting down a lump sum against my mortgage. She asked me a few questions to ensure that she understood my exact situation and then gave me some really good advice. She knew the current rates on the market and also how that would work out per month after i'd put down a lump sum. This has enabled me to work out exactly what I can afford to do and how I would need to go about doing it. I was really impressed with her knowledge.

I have recommended you to a few colleagues already, I'm not sure if any of them need any advice right now however I know that they would be keen in the future to find out more information.

I can't think of any way that you could improve the service. It's great that you can come to our office and give us the advice there.
